IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTICE: Windows 10 Impact on Centricity Practice Solution

Dear Centricity Practice Solution Customers:

As your essential partner for better healthcare outcomes, we wanted to inform you of an issue with the Microsoft Windows 10 update build 1809. If you update to this version, after a user logs in Centricity Practice Solution will not open.

The good news is that we worked with Microsoft on this issue and a resolution is available for Windows 10 update build 1809. If you install Microsoft KB 4490481 along with the Windows 10 update build 1809, users will be able to log in and open CPS. Please reference the KM 43798 on our Customer portal for more details.
