Upcoming Changes to the Customer and Learning Portals
Dear Centricity™ Customers:
We continue to come together and integrate athenahealth and Virence Health into a single operating model. As previously communicated, you’ll soon experience changes to the existing Customer Portal. In addition, the way you access the Learning Portal will also change as part of this ongoing initiative.
Customer Portal: On July 10, 2019, the existing Customer Portal will begin transitioning to a new athenahealth-based platform. To access the Customer Portal, please navigate to https://centricity.athenahealth.com. As of July 10, the former Customer Portal link will no longer be accessible, and you should begin solely using this link. If you have trouble logging into the Customer Portal, please reach out to your support team.
Learning Portal: As of roughly 5pm EST today, July 9, the former Learning Portal link will no longer be accessible as we are migrating the data/history to a new site. Starting on July 11, you’ll begin to access a new URL for launching computer-based training: www.athenahealthlearning.com. You can log in with the same username you use today and, after a quick password reset, you’ll be able to resume your existing training and register for new training. Please be aware that you will not need a new redemption code if prompted for one at sign-in. If you have difficulty accessing the portal, please contact [email protected].
