Just a few months ago in September, I shared the exciting news that we were expanding athenahealth’s Customer Success model to all Centricity customers supported by athenahealth. If you missed that communication or need a reminder, I’ve included it here. As part of the announcement, I also made a promise to stand up named Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for every single customer by the end of 2019, except for those supported by our value-added reseller partners. I’m thrilled to say that we delivered on that promise and your organization now has a dedicated CSM who’ll serve as your partner throughout your ongoing athenahealth journey.
