We are actively investigating an issue where the Quantity Qualifier may not save as expected in the Rx Refill Form. When entering a medication using the Update Medication form for the first time, a provider can define the dosage type. However, when the provider saves it to the medication list and refills it with the Rx Refill form, it may not pull in the intended quantity qualifier (dosage type).
