Fixes:::
1. Replacing logo.png in the images folder will display on the start-up screen
2. Shared Database Configuration — You only need to input the database configuration once, not each time per system, if using a share network drive to access the application.

Is this installed and run on a local computer or does it have to be installed on the server?

You can install on local systems, but you need to run the scripts on the server so it created the necessary table, and views.
