We got the fax package (fax card and licenses) to work with CPS a while ago but for some reason it was never installed. Now i am looking into installing it and making it work with CPS. I installed the Brooktrout TR1034 fax board but couldn't find the drivers. I have ask GE but no response yet. Any has any documentation of how faxing works? Thanks

Call Biscom support. Anytime we have ever had a problem with the Faxcom we call them direct and they are fantastic. Much better responsiveness and knowledge than GE provides.

There are no standalone drivers. When you install the Faxcom software it asks for the card type and installs all the proper drivers to the Windows system. It also installs the faxcom software. Depending on what license/package you bought there is second install package for the biscom queues (for the more advanced version, not the Faxcom CV).

I had open a case with GE but it was forwarded to a division that deals with this but they are not responsive at all. Haven't gotten any updates. Do we need GE for any configurations/license for faxing at all? Can we just go with Biscom only and they can setup faxing for us? Thanks.

We also deal directly with Biscom for issues and support.
