Our health center is looking into patient loyalty programs. Details are not defined but could include using our providers, on site pharmacies and transportation services to earn points towards a reward. We want to know if there are any vendors that could interoperate with CPS.
I see one example of such a service from Paquin that has a propriatary customer loyalty program for healthcare. I would like to hear back from anyone who has any experience or information on such programs. Thanks.
