We are having trouble verifying today. It message from CPS reports "success" but the message inside of the plug-in window suggests otherwise. I have a case open with GE but no contact yet. I don't know if this is a cloud issue or not. It does seem to be working on our end but the cloud portion is where it fails.
Not sure if this is just us or other customers as well. We shouldn't need to update to the latest version. I am using 12.0.0.45 but the one which does not download properly is 12.0.0.49 which is only slightly newer. I did try to download it again on my test server but still no luck. It just has a white screen after clicking on "new download"

If you are not receiving this notifications, call GE EDI department and ask them to add your email or you ticket system email to the list of notify customer when any EDI back end system have an issue.
in that way you will be notify of any Eligibility or verification issue before your practice complains
by the way, this is the actual location of the files i told you before, to disable the plug ins version verification.
on your jboss server
C:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solution\jboss\server\default\deploy\cps.war\install\optional
cut everything in this folder outside to another location.
FYI: the installation files for the plugins are located here as well so if you need them to install on your workstation you can copy them to a share storage and installed them on the clients from there.
also you will need to shutdown jboss before removing the files, before this version you could remove at any time, but now they are locked by jboss while jboss is running.
That's the location I am copying from my test server and doing restores from. I am not sure why the eligibility checks aren't working though. I doubt the slight version would make the difference.
I have found that the XML "file in use" thing eventually allows a delete. Personally I thought it had to do with many computers having the install page up while the upgrade was going on last week. I was able to delete it multiple times even though it said java.exe had a hold of it. I did not have to restart jboss. But now I am wondering if this is the reason for my troubles today.
Still no GE call back. Oh well, tomorrow is another day
Today, there is an actual issue if you verification problem is with medicare, medicaid and associated company is understandable because CMS end of the EDI solution was down, or it is still down.
This will result in error for most of your medicare, medicaid and associated verification.
The removal of this file does not affect in any matters what happen on the application, unless you didn't run the database side of the plugin at least once, so it can write the store procedures into the database.
Thanks for the heads up on that CMS/EDI cloud outage. I was unaware of it and wasted some time posting here and trying to get it to work when there was no possibility of it ever working.
It would have been nice to get a call back from support to at least let us know.
I still can't seem to update my plug-ins but these old ones are working.

We too are having the same problem. We have had a ticket open for weeks, but none of the suggestion has been workaround we have felt comfortable implementing.
Level 2 support left off that our Production Application server was not resourced appropriately. However, our VM reporting tool shows that the server has not been close to maxing out any of its resources for months. Support stated that the system could spike usage faster than our monitoring system can collect data.....
Unfortunately, our providers have become complacent with the issue
The problem is not trying to replicate, and traces via the client have not yielded helpful information.
