I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen or know of a way to find out what happened. I have had numerous patients become inactive after August 3rd 2023 in registration even though the patients are still active. I thought that the Inactivate Old Patients report had been run but after Athena ran a sql report it was determined that the last time the Inactivate Old Patients report was run was in May 2023. I will note that the patients who became inactive did have inactive responsible providers in registration which makes me think something happened in August 2023 or an ongoing basis that caused all patients with an inactive responsible provider to become inactive. Changing patient's responsible providers to the current and correct provider has been an issue with some of our staff which we are working on. I will also note that we are switching our patient portal to EZ Access and I think something may have taken place in August with the patient portal but don't know that it is related to the inactive/active patient problem that I am having. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated
