Hello,
We have a new Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS farm consisting of 2 hosts running CPS 12.3.X. We also have Kryptiq DM. We often get Adobe Reader crashes when opening external attachments, and I have been unable to determine why its happening. We talked to our VAR (Virtual Officeware) and they reccomended Foxit Reader.
I'm just wondering if anybody has had PDF reader issues in 2012 R2 RDS, and what your solution was to correct it. Also, if the fix was to install a different PDF reader, what did you end of using and what sorts of customization did you apply, if any, to better the user experience (such as using a GPO to disable the welcome message or Terms of User prompts at first run)?
