We turned on this feature for the problem search (advanced). We have a user that types in a problem description (Vitamin d)... when he hits enter, the advanced search screen shows, but then the user gets the following error. Does anyone know what causes this, or how to fix the issue ? We are stumped. Thank you.

How long was it turned on prior to searching? I remember reading awhile back that is takes so time to produce the listing after it is turned on. I not remember the time table though.

I would make sure the firewall (either local or network) is not blocking the connection to Advanced Problem Search.
We are also experiencing this issue after turning on the advanced search on 10/1/16. GE gave us the same suggestion as the one posted in this thread (to check firewall settings):

However our networking team reviewed the traffic and did not find anything being blocked. This is only happening on a few computers, so we haven't been able to find a pattern yet. One doctor suggested that it only happened when she searched for a code she had never used before, which would make sense if it caches frequently used codes. We are open to any suggestions.
