I have several users that when they try to send a flag and use the pull down to select the recipient, the list stops in the S's.
Anyone with a last name past S is not visible.
If they use the binoculars to search, they can find the staff without incident.
I put in a ticket with GE but have not heard back.
Any suggestions?
We are having this same issue in our desktop flags & document drop downs as well in our encounter list.
Our desktop flags document drop downs stop at B. I think there must be some sort of limit.
Anxious to hear the fix.
Thanks
We are getting the same thing and I reported as well. Ours stops at a different letter - probably depends on how many users. When I go to search with binoculars and use browse, I can usually select but not always. Sometimes it keeps the previous user in the drop down and I seem to have to click back and forth between another user and the one I want before it selects. If I click on search and select someone it doesn't change at all - so far. I happen to view all of our locations at once through. Sme offices aren't affected as much because they only see their own staff. Thanks.
We had this happen with a previous SP version and if I remember correctly GE ran an SQL script to fix this issue.
We are seeing the same things in our flags. We have started a case with GE.
thanks!
I've seen this behavior with the encounter type list and the user drop down at two separate customer sites on SP11. SRs entered but no response to date from GE.
Does this only occur when you are browsing 'all' users?
Or does it happen 'within' a given Home Location? Obviously the individual practice's LOC only have from 5 to max 50 users.
Same here ours stops at B so obviously it is a character restriction of some sort. Can you guys provide your case numbers please so I can ask to be added. Thanks, Dawn
We are having the same issue - the list stops about in the middle of the K's for all routing.
We went live on SP11 this past weekend for two EMR platforms. So far, Flag/Routing Lists have not been a show-stopper.
Most of the end-users/providers seem to get correct, local LOC drop-downs. Some centralized users (like me) get nothing on the list; some centralized users get all active logins on the list.
Flags >1YO that were hidden in SP10 are back visible in SP11; there's a script to run in the SP11 Release Notes for re-hiding those Flags.
I have requested an update on this from GE this am and have heard nothing at this point. We upgraded this weekend. Drug over-ride isn't an issue with GE's recommendations. Drop down in flags and routing when looking at the all view are limited. We have even had a couple issues where the user goes to search selects it but it doesn't take, searches again, still doesn't take and usually on the 3rd try it will show up in the search box.
One thing to note...... GEs patient banner overwrote ours. This happened in 9.8 as well so just make sure if you are using GE's banner and have customized it, you will want to save that out before you upgrade.
We have experienced the same issue since upgrading on Dec 5th. Anytime there is a list not all the users will appear. You can search with the binoculars but the drop down is not complete. Funny it only happens to a couple of names repeatedly.
Anyone seen a fix for this?
At my site I'm leaning towards it being a Windows Profile based issue. As some users can move to other PCs and the list works fine. If my VAR doesn't have a fix for it today I will try deleting the windows profile for my problem user/pc and report back.
We are using Fatclients so the full application is installed on the PCs in the clinic. We do have some citrix servers but those are used primarily for users who just need Read only access.
We have seen this issue with both FAT clients and THIN clients. Most of our users run FAT but each exam room has a THIN client. It doesn't matter where they log in the drop downs are incomplete.
Do you folks use Roaming profiles? We do not, if you do that would explain why its broken everywhere. Just thinking out loud on this one.
