Any conflicts between CPS 12.0.11 and .Net Framework v4.6?

We're running CPS 12.0.11, all fat clients installed on each workstation. There's another medical software we need to install that requires .NET 4.6, but documentation for CPS states to install v4.5.

Would there be any conflicts with upgrading out .NET installations? Does anyone else's environment run .NET 4.6 with CPS 12.0.11 or older?

Most of my workstations are on 4.6.1 now with no problems. I am running 12.0.12 (SP12) though.
