We are readying ourselves for CPS 12.3 upgrade and wondered if anything needs to be done with Medfusion portal/message products. Or are they working properly with any upgrade? Thanks for the feedback.

The only issue we are having is that medfusion changed the way the integration with appointments works in portal version 19.2. There is now a bunch of additional setup that needs to be done. Its a better overall setup with more control over how it works and what gets sent to the portal, but nobody told us it needed to be done during the re-install and it hasn't been working for awhile (2 months). We went from 12.3.2 to 12.3.3 in July.
