Just wanted to know if anyone would be willing to send me a screenshot of the problems and orders screen. Does the system still show the ICD9 codes as well as the ICD10 codes? Also would you be able to send me a screenshot of the charges tab in billing. I'm wondering if I change the implementation date will I only be able to view ICD10 codes. Thank you!

Do you not have a test environment? All of that would be in there. If you don't, after we upgrade our test app to SP10 (today or tomorrow), I can provide you with what you're looking for. We changed our date back in July to start testing things, but we're still on SP8 and things will look a bit different than on SP10.

We are currently live. We only see ICD10 codes on the billing screen now. If the order uses a problem that is missing an ICD10 code, then you get ????

we tested it too and had the same result. Also, when entering charges in the clinical side it warns that it is not coded and may cause issues in billing.
