We integrate Centricity with some of our external apps and have to do a bunch of circling to get correct data, example, When an appointment status is updated, it does not "always" mark the lastModified in the record, this appears to happen when a charge is what sets the appointment to completed.
Quatris says it is working as designed, but I doubt they even checked, IMO, when the appointment is being updated yet the LastModified is not, this is a bug... it is possible to find the update in the Activity log, that is our current work around.
Is there a way to report a bug to Centricity to try to get some of the glitches we’ve found resolved?
You will have to open a ticket with GE support, either via portal or phone call. But if a 3rd party program is involved, you will have a tougher time getting a resolution.
Thanks for the info, though we are using a custom built app, the LastModified is still not correct in many cases in the Appointments table, I would hope they would want to ensure this is fixed, but you are probably correct about getting it resolved.
