Has anyone come across this issue? We have multiple users complaining of billing notes disappearing in CPS. We have called GE and they stated there was no known issue but its rather difficult to track as we save and keep moving. I asked the billing staff to save it, go out, and then back in again to verify it is still there but that is not efficient at all.
