After SP 10 upgrade in test, Specialty Specific tab on HPI-CCC form (CCCQE-User-Edit-PE-SS-Card-TFE.txt)is not loading check boxes. I have to go back to HPI tab, click F5 and go back to see boxes. Any idea why? I need to figure this out before we upgrade to production.
No, especially if you did not make any changes to the form. Did you change any of the other CCC files? If the do appear after you refresh that is really odd.
I was on SP 7 and I upgraded my CCC forms to CCC Basic 1.1 and 9.1. They were working fine. I installed same CCC packages again after SP10 upgrade and the HPI-SS-Card is not loading.
Did you upgrade your CCC files with the SP 10 install? I did not experience that with SP10, but we are upgrading our CCC files to 9.1 and Basic 1.1, and I am seeing a very similar issue with the general HPI tab. It started about an hour ago, and even after re-installing the HPI CCC files, we are still not seeing checkboxes. Please let me know if you figure out what solves this.
I had no issue when I upgraded my CCC Basic 1.1 and 9.1 on SP 7. It started after SP 10 upgrade.
What order did you install them in?
CCC Basic 1.1 first and then CCC 9.1
This is a known issue with GE. SPR - 64054.
The provided workaround it to do a hard refresh by going to another form and coming back to the form you are on.
Is this for all specialties or does anyone know?
Thanks!!
This is happening to us as well. Upgraded over the weekend and this is happening in all production databases. @BrianAPHN Can you provide your SR number so I can reference in our open ticket?
Sirna,
Here is the SPR number again. SPR - 64054
We too are experiencing empty boxes, or when changing specialty, the boxes do not refresh when the Yellow refresh button is clicked. The only way to solve this is to leave the form (or tab in HPI-CCC) and return to the form immediately.
After playing around in the MEL code, it looks like the OPEN_FORM_COMP code does not force a refresh if you try to open the same form you are already in. This is the code the HPI-CCC form is using to make the page refresh, and since the SP10 update, it does not work as intended.
Until GE updates the CCC forms, or reverts the OPEN_FORM_COMP to the way it was, it looks like we will be stuck hitting next-form, previous form.
