Reason box not grayed out, but can't type in it after order signed. Please either gray it out once order signed or allow users to add to it or type into it. Also please allow especially on referrals to set a reason at the order set up level, especially if this is a required field.
GE: It looks like this issue has been reported via SPR 59270. Take a look at the information from the SPR below.

I feel your pain... It seems to happen when they are "transitions of care" to an outside provider, if I recall correctly.
