This is a pretty unique workflow and will only affect providers who order the same labs for multiple dates within the same update.
When placing orders for future date, the dates change to earliest when multiple orders selected. This could cause labs get done too soon or not get done when needed if not caught. Work around requires the provider to select each order individually in order to change the dates.
GE: Hi Dawn- Your SPR number for tracking is CISDB00061084. I’ve attached it to your SR and the new status is in Hold- Pending Future Release. I do not have any idea of ETA for a fix. If I do get word on where it may occur in a release, I’ll let you know.
