Many diagnoses coded into our CPOE form are not inserting the orders when appropriate/expected. GE's current recommendation is to upgrade to latest release/patches. :-\
Anyone else had this issue?
For orders not pulling into the assessment, have you checked the following lines at the bottom of the CPOE TFE files for the affected specialties?
fn ccc_Adult_cust_orders_automatic_insertion() {"yes"}
global _ccc_Adult_CPOE_add_Other_orders_to_note = "yes"
Yes, on every specialty they are set to "yes".
We have the same problem. I noticed that this is only a problem when the diagnosis has no crosslinked ICD-9 code. If a Problem has a valid ICD-10 and ICD-9 then the associated order can be inserted into the CPOE. If the problem has an ICD-10 but no associated ICD-9 the orders cannot be inserted. After talking to support they said it was not the first case they had seen and that it would probably be addressed in an upcoming patch.

When you say no ICD-9, do you mean it's blank in Cenricity, or that there exists no ICD-9 equivalent? Can you give an example so I can check on my end? Thanks!
Also, what version(s) of CCC are you using? Thanks!
