We are receiving the following error when using the F1 help function in GE,
An error has occurred in the script on this page. Error: Unable to get property 'getElementsByTagName' of undefined or null reference.
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? YES or NO
I've tried adjusting the Trusted Sites > Custom level but to no avail. After clicking YES twice, the message goes away.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I'll bet your growth charts will not work either.
For Help if you click through the error the help system will work fine.
The only solution we could find was to go back to IE 10 on our terminal servers, we are on 12.0.10.

Thanks for the info Steve.
This error is very intermittent...we have a lot of Thick installations and its only happening on some PCs and not others. It's does not occur on the application server that has IE 9.
Some of our PCs have IE 10 and 11. I will see if we can rollback to IE 9 on one of the PCs in question.

IE 10 should work fine, but IE 11 will give you that error.

Its weird for us Growth charts work fine in IE11 but not the Dosing Calculator. Besides that we haven't noticed other issues. My understanding is full IE11 support is coming in 12.2.
