I have been unable to reproduce this yet and wondered if anyone else had experienced this.
I have a provider who indicated that if he has several flags on his desktop, then goes to his summary > alerts and flags screen and attempts to double click the flag to access the chart that it often will choose a different flag on his desktop then the one he selected and attempt to open that chart instead.
If anyone has seen this or has any knowledge of this happening I would love to know.

We have had this problem, too. Also, when double-clicking to open a Flag attached to the chart, only the Flag opens but the chart does not come along with it. It is not every time but is a known issue with GE. We are still running SP 6 and the problems continue. Crossing our fingers SP 7 improves this issue.

I'm also seeing this at my site as well. We are on 12.7 and are seeing this when using Fatclients. So far its only 1 provider that's complaining about but that's not to say its not more wide spread but it is not fixed in 12.7.

i am getting the same complaint from one of my provider too. we are on 12.10.
