I am looking to vent a bit- in hopes there may be a solution or faster way around adding a new insurance set to a patient's registration.
I find changing insurance in the insurance tab extremely labor intensive. Why does it lose the allocation set and make me reenter? Same problem goes for adding a secondary, or tertiary insurance plan.. everytime we add a new insurance or change it, we have to re- enter the allocation set for the previous insurance.
HELP!! Any solutions or is this a bug??

Unfortunately, this is how its designed. It's especially frustrating when all you are doing is adding an insurance then making it inactive because you need it available for a case.
Some offices attach an allocation set right on the insurance carrier, but that is not too common since most have various copay amounts.
I wouldn't say its a "bug" but certainly something to submit for an enhancement request.
Since you are referencing 12.0.7, do you know if this is this a problem in 12.0.6 and prior too, or just 12.0.7?
