Anyone applied this patch? The main thing for us about this patch is the intermittently freezing when making orders fix.
I am not seeing anything on the GE Service Portal on a patch 4. Where did you find the information on a patch 4?
I have patch 4 downloaded. Will be installing after clinic today. I'll let you know
sp11 has been a disaster at our clinic. I hope it can't get any worse.

Service Pak 11 patch #4 has been very disappointing. I spent about 6 hours this evening installing patch #4 and reinstalling clients. Unfortunately I could not get a client to start at all with patch 4 in place. Strange DLL error that I have never seen before.
GE support and engineers were not able to resolve the problem. Luckily we were able to roll back to S/P 11 no patches. Looking forward to some solution in the near future.

Agreed, SP11 is a disaster. JBOSS crashed yesterday and had to be re-installed for the second time. This time I had to call GE, but at least got right through to someone who knows what he is doing. We to had create a new database user login because it wouldn't allow us to use the old one., then re-install. Hoping SP12 is around the corner, but don't really expect anything to be fixed when it's released.
We were planning to apply the patch 4 this weekend but i guess we will have to wait. Any one else experiencing issue with patch 4?
