Hello everyone,
We ran into some errors in CPS 12.2 that caused system crashes. We saw these crashes when either of the following actions occurred: (1) in chart update, user clicked Orders; (2) user started chart update containing forms in the chart of a patient with 1+ Problem on the Problem List. This rendered the EMR unusable and we were forced to roll back.
The error messages we saw were:
- Error occurred in class , method _OrderProvider
- Error occurred in class , method _doInternalOrderProvider
GE is researching this error as we speak.
Shot in the dark...has anyone encountered these errors before?

When we upgraded we were getting _OrderProvider errors because we had custom mldef.txt files in the client folder. I had to merge our changes with the new ones that come with 12.2.

Thanks for the tip! This is the issue we were running into...we just didn't remember we had a custom mldef file until we upgraded.
