Does anyone else experience CPS going 'Not Responding' when selecting the 'Start Renewal Document' under Rx Refills? The timing of it can be vary but we've seen upwards of 30 - 45 seconds for the HTML form to load within the chart after selecting that button.
It doesn't appear to be performance related - we average 10 - 15 users per server, 4 vCPU @ 2.8GHz | 22GB RAM and all system volumes on SSD (no latency related issues have been observed). We average 20 - 50% CPU usage and 75% consumed memory throughout the day. SQL and Jboss are also performing optimally.
Just wanted to get others temperature on the Rx Form and if you are experiencing other issues in 12.2 SP2 that are mentionable. Coming from 12 there seems to be an uptick in crashing and just overall performance issues moving between charts, chart desktop items, etc.
Thanks,
Jon
Also on CPS 12.2.2 We aren't getting a "not responding" issue but the form is very buggy. click renew and nothing happens even though the pharmacy is selected, have entire Rx built but the 'sign rx' button is missing at the bottom, the Rx area has a new Rx showing but when the start renewal is clicked, it doesn't have a Rx to be refilled. I would say I am opening cases with our IT team at least 1-2 times per week. We are hoping 12.3 will have better results.
We are seeing slowness with the 12.2 refill form also. We have a case open with GE.
Thanks for your responses. Do you happen to be using CPS locally or on a terminal server (2012 R2)?
This is tied to a known issue in that version of CPS 12.2.2

Hello I was wondering if this issue had been resolved for you, or what GE had responded to you. I understand that this ticket is almost a year old but providers in my office continue to have the same issue . Thank you in advance.
