Does anyone have a copy of CPS 12.3 release notes handy?

Not exactly handy-- I have the Release summary but it is 156 pages and might not even be the most recent version. Are you on the GE portal? They have an entire page dedicated to all the things you need to know regarding CPS 12.3.
