We're experiencing a hang/crash on CPS 12.3.1 when attempting to right click on the schedule view within the Chart module (left side) and selecting Open Registration. if we do Open Chart, it will work fine. Once in the chart, if we click Registration from there, it opens fine. Likewise, we're able to get into the same or any patient's registration just fine from either the Registration module or the Scheduling module. It appears to be only the navigation to the Registration from the chart desktop to Registration that is an issue. It happens every time.
Can anyone else confirm they are (are not) having this issue on 12.3.1? We did not have it on our previous version (12.2.2).

We experience the same issue. It doesn't happen every time, but quite often. We are a Citrix environment and wiping the users profile does seem to help.

I've confirmed this happens in our 12.3.1 Demo environment as well.
I remember something similar happening globally when we had connection problems with the SQL backend(CPS 12.2), once our DBA figured out what was wrong, right click was working again. Unfortunately the DBA left with the fix info.
It is fixed in the next service pack.
