Dear Centricity Practice Solution Customers,
We would like to make you aware that a recent Microsoft Windows update released in July 2016, includes fixes from the June 2016 (KB 3161608 & KB 3161606) for Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 which may cause a communication failure between the Centricity Practice Solutions (CPS) or Centricity EMR (CEMR) clients and the JBoss Service Layer, causing a Centricity system down situation.
