We are experiencing an issue when starting CPS V20.1. App on a Citrix Receiver Store front platform connection. The initial CPS screen which appears after the login credentials are accepted has a large centered Blue Loading rectangle will often will cover any Popup messages from the preload files, including the final message "All preload files have successfully loaded properly" message.
Because this blue loading rectangle is centered on the page, and the blue loading rectangle completely covers any popup message, the user has absolutely no way to click OK and close the dialogue box and allow the APP to proceed. The Blue Loading rectangle is fixed in position and can't be moved by mouse to show a covered underlying popup message.
When the CPS program is stuck because of a hidden/covered dialogue box, the only way to close CPS and recover is to:
Either kill the CPS session when in a Citrix desktop session with the Reset CPS Process App, or
when only the CPS App was use to start CPS, then the Citrix Application has to be restarted or rebooted.
This does not occur all of the time, but often enough, especially when the "Supplement file loaded successfully dialogue" is hidden, and not appearing on top of the Blue loading screen.
The position of the Blue loading rectangle is the problem, and would be much better positioned as a Banner Loading Message in the upper portion of the page. Then any popup messages in the preload would never be covered as they appear centered on the page.
Are other also having this issue? Just turning off any popup preload message is not a long term solution, as these messages are especially important when making changes to any preload file.
All work-around solutions would be helpful to consider until Athena corrects this Bug!
