Lately CPS has been freezing the moment you drag over a diagnosis over in the ordering module. The only way out is force shutdown of CPS. This would happen to everyone. The only solution is to wait maybe 10-15 minutes and diagnoses would work fine again. we are in cps 12.010.

We are seeing the same issue. We were down for almost an hour yesterday and it went back to normal.

We had the same thing yesterday, 1/11/16, but we are on CPS 11. We have been fine so far today. Weird that it has never happened before. We haven't done any updates or made any modifications to CPS for a long time. My guess would be a Windows update that occurred, or that CPS is querying the internet for something in the background.
