I install 12.3 in our test environment and restore the DB from prod 2 month ago. I am working with test pilot group to test the system before upgrading prod. However, the Rx Renewal tab is empty. It doesnt matter which doctor i choose there are no entries.
Does anyone know what is causing this.
If you are using a test database there with be not incoming traffic to the folder. Sure Scripts has a test esm you can setup of a test environment but I found it does work very well.
If you are using 12.3 SP 2 anything older than 30 days is removed on a nightly job from the Rx Renewals tab, so if yours in 2 mths and the nightly job already ran it will be empty. It makes it almost impossible to test incoming renewals.

Thanks Brian. I reach out to SureScript to get the Test environment setup so just waiting on them.
I am running 12.3.0 for now. so that may be why there are no Rx showing up.. I reach out to GE and their answer was because we have duplicate pharmacy in the DB nothing will show in the RxRenewal tabs. to resolve this I would need to merge all the pharmacy in prod then backup the db restore to test. But that would take some time as I would have to redo my entire 12.3 test environment which time frame wise is not convenient..
Is there any documentation on the the 30 day clean up as this makes more sense.
