We have providers who continue to choose the wrong code because it appears first. Is there a way to completely reset/clear the smart list and start over?
Ge provided a script when ICD10 first came out to clear those lists and start over and I can send that but if you want to clear by provider you will have to modify it. There are release notes with it. Not sure if still on their support site or not. There is also a script on the support site under downloads to clean up smart list to remove bad/expired codes. Or at least there is one for EMR, not sure about CPS. The info lives in the mostusedproblem table I believe.

Actually sorry the link I just posted was to remove outdated codes from smart list. The link to reset all so providers can have the list "re-learn" is here but I don't see that the link to the actual is working?
