We have been experiencing this odd issue where around the 2/3pm slots and down are completely black, sometimes you can see the white names in the blackness but is completely black. After scrolling through a certain number of providers it is black as well. This only happens with the Centricity schedule, it occurs nowhere else and is only affecting two computers. Oh and it doesn't affect Citrix clients, only PCs. And if we remote into the Citrix session we cannot see it, only when we remote into the PC. It also happens on both windows 10 and 7 pcs. Any thoughts?
We recently had this issue with a user but they were connected via Citrix and it was not happening on our thick clients.
We had to change the view down to 90% zoom vs 100% and then all of the columns appeared.
Not ideal but worked.

We are seeing this also. Once you shadow the issue goes away for that user for that session.
It seems to always happen to the same users.
