Some of our Providers are reporting that while they are trying to print the CVS it gives them a System Error and when they click okay it kicks them out of Centricity. We are Ver 12.10. Looking in CHUG it looks like this was an issue back in 2014 but havent seen other posts about this. GE is saying this is a known issue. SPR CISDB00062227. Below is the error detail...

Are the charts marked "Sensitive"? If so that could be the culprit. We have to uncheck the box in the registration, print the CVS, then recheck the box.
Laurie
The charts are not set to Sensitive. GE is still claiming that this is a known issue and waiting for a patch. This is killing us because we have over 600 users in Centricity and we are a hospital. This is really frustrating.
Hi, did GE ever provide a solution to this? Our EMRs are crashing when opening and signing CCDs everyday now. Thanks!
Still no resoultion. We upgraded to CPS 12.0.12 as we were told by GE that should fix the crashing, but it is still occuring. Now GE is saying that they are going to escalte it to their "Development Team" to review. That was 4 days ago, still no answer.
Anyone find a resolution to this? We’re on V20 in Citrix environment and our providers are getting this quite often.
