When attempting to run a custom crystal report from within the Centricity EMR 9.12 application, the user will receive the error "Page Header plus Page Footer is too large for the page". It is not consistent when this occurs. We are working through the Citrix environment and one user can be on a certain server and run the report successfully and another user on the same server will receive the error. Then, the same user can log on to a different session and is able to run the report. we have tried changing printers, servers. The reports have not changed and again, many users have no difficulty at all running the reports but others occasionally will get this error. Any thoughts?

Usually has to do with the user's default printer. Every time I see this error, the user's printer was set to a label printer that they also use.

Is this report in a Landscape format? If so, did you use the @mllandscape in a field and place that field in the Header of the report?
