Hello,
I performed a knowledgebase update. Everything completed successfully.
When I went to restart the Centricity application, I am receiving "Cannot connec tot SUTrain database" error.
I cannot get it to point to our patient db. I did the connection test and our db connection was successful.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Typically this happens if the client tnsnames.ora and/or cfw.ini file is messed up. I've also seen it if the database is shutdown. If you need me to take a look for you just let me know. It's usually an easy fix.

Could you give me an example of something that would make it messed up or some things I could check?
