Hello,
We opened a case with GE to investigate an issue that our providers are having a lot of trouble with, and GE is telling us we are the only ones having this issue, which I find it a little bit difficult to believe since it occurs in all three of our databases. I am hoping someone here can check their systems for the same error and let me know if you have an instances. The error that comes up says "GEHCGEHC.Centricity.EMR.Model.ServiceLayer.EmrServiceLayerException: Errors during Drug Ineraction Override save - personID : personID value: <pid of one patient> is different from the document value: <pid of different patient>" (Note interaction is spelled wrong) If you run the below query you should find if you have any instances. Any help would be appreciated. We are running CPS 12.2.0.2950. Thanks
select * from errorlog where logmessage like '%drug ineract%' order by LogTimestamp desc
We do not have any instances of this in our database.
Mike
Thank you for checking
In case anyone else has this issue, we found that if we go to preferences and uncheck the box for 'Apply prior override reason' the instances of this problem drop to zero or near zero. GE hasn't given us any useful info yet.
Sorry none with that error is that a fatal error?
