We had a user add an appt, but it was not showing on the doctor's appt. schedule. She added it again, and then a 3rd time. If finally showed up after the 3rd time. However, now if you display the patient's appts, it shows all 3 for the same time.
Not sure why it was not showing the first 2 times. Has anyone seen this before ?
If so, any idea why it occurs ??

Sounds like someone is messing with your schedule templates. If the person is not well versed on schedule templates, a lot of existing appointments can disappear. But in the registration it will still show it exists. I have a utility I created that allows you to recover them, but whomever is working on the schedule templates need to be very careful.
I've seen this in a past where the user was scheduling an appointment for a time that was "blocked" and the appointment appeared behind the "block slot" giving the user the impression that it wasn't scheduled.
They would repeat this, the overbooked appointment would appear to the right of the blocked slot and now the patient has 2 appointments at the same time.
