GE created this SPR recently for us.
We found that resolved problems in the record are duplicating themselves on the CCDA document. They will be listed as both resolved, and removed. This makes a patients inactive problem list look very long/confusing.
It was noticed in our portal, as the CCDA is where the portal pulls the problem information. GE acknowledged this as a newly found/separate issue.
This is not an issue on the CVS (which only pulls in active problems).
No ETA on a fix. We are currently on version 9.8.6 of CEMR, but it's been tested as well in a 9.8.9 environment we have.
