Has anyone else had issues with the Procedures export feature of LL after upgrade to EMR 9.8 SP13? We use CPS 12 for our PM system but we have Centricity Bridge in between EMR and PM. The problem seems to be that LinkLogic is not exporting all procedure events. If there are 2-4 service events ordered it doesn't generate some of the DFT messages. But if you go and export the the charge again manually through Linklogic then it will successfully create the message. Plus GE support seems to be really lacking these days in getting to work on their cases.
We had the same issue after the SP13 upgrade. We started a ticket on this topic and called repeatedly trying to get help figuring out what was going on, only to find out 11 days later that it was a known issue.
It seems that if an order is started but it takes longer to be signed than whatever your Linklogic export time is set for, the order will not be sent. Their advice as a workaround is to set the recurring task time on the export job to the maximum time that is practical.
GE is tracking this with CISDB00068958 and is working on a Hotfix.
