Just a friendly head's up to everyone about a fiasco we recently experienced. In order to map a pharmacy in the Kryptiq ESM Console, you need to go to Pharmacies > Import from EMR. In the past, this hasn't caused any issues. When we did it this week, it un-mapped all of our CVS Pharmacies where there was a mismatch with the phone number between CPS and ESM. The ESM Console gave us a listing all the pharmacies that it "changed to non-Electronic in the EMR".
When it happened, a GE Support Tech assured me that this could not have happened...the error message wasn't really saying what it was saying. Regardless of his assurances, all I can report is that it did happen, and I just finished manually remapping all of them. I opened a ticket with GE, but I wanted to alert everyone to this issue so that you might avoid the headache I just experienced.
We are on ESM Version 3.6.0.6898.
What a mess, this happened to us a number of years ago.... but it was all matched pharmacies. They did tell me at that time they were sorry it did happen at times but didn't know why. I am always nervous when I import my pharmacies now. I told them at the time then needed to come up with a fix in case it happened again because I wasn't going to spend days and days remapping again.... A report wasn't really what I had in mind. I wanted more like an undo button like from a previous back-up.
