Is anyone else still getting these errors? We get a combination of these errors (usually onMouse the most) about 20 times a day. We confronted GE about these errors back when we first moved to CPS 12 back in Summer 2014, and they said these would have to be fixed in the upcoming patches. We are currently on CPS 12.0.7.1559.
They blame it on our network, but we can't see any drops or blips in the connectivity. We've gone through and rewired entire clinics then monitored the connectivity while the errors happen and see no issues. After we showed GE our results, they blamed it on my custom forms. We tried to use the CCC forms, but we got the same errors. Just running out of ideas here.
The problem occurs on CPS 12.0 SP 5 as well. I know the issue is fixed in 12..1 but GE is no longer going to be releasing 12.1, so we have to wait for 12.2.
We have plethora of issues on our CPS 12 environment as well - unfortunately, until 12.2 comes out, my organization has to deal with all of these issues.
All of my 60 providers are very much frustrated with the constant error messages, random crashes, frequent slow downs.
Does anyone know the timeline for 12.2 release?
We get both of these errors as well way back on CPS10. As for 12.2 before October is the last I heard.
Does anyone happen to have a SPR for this issue? I'm curious if it's being addressed in 12.08 or 12.09. Thanks!
