Got a call to refill this patient's prescriptions (mail order). When we attempted to do this electronically, there was an error that said there was missing registration information. On review of the registration, all the fields it seems to ask for are in there. Has anyone seen this before?

We had it when we upgraded last month. When we put in a ticket with GE we were told this is a known issue. We were told to go into the registration, change something (such as adding a period or spelling out street in the address instead of leaving it as St) then save. Doing this made the error go away for us and we were able to prescribe the medication finally.
