We are using CEMR 9.8.13. Lately, more recently, we have be receiving this error upon logging into the application. It closes the application and then allows access after a few minutes.
Error occurred in class WebServiceClientBase, method CallWebService
Unable to make service calls: server is down or unavailable. Contact Administrator for assistance. Please check server port configuration; see the installation/upgrade guide for your system for details.
Anyone else received this error?

We are actually on CPS12.0 SP13, and we get this error periodically for users, also while they are attempting to login. We have been seeing this error going back to at least CPS11.0, so it is not something exclusive to your CEMR.
