We are seeing some areas in our facility receive multiple errors while utilizing forms in Centricity while others may not. An example of a common error is: "Error occurred in class, method Form::onCreate" This error is received by simply clicking through our forms line up (CQIC). Usually on the 3rd or 4th click on various form the error is received. We also receive: Error occurred in class, method EditField=onMouse which we know is an SPR but again only a sample are receiving this error as well as a sample ,albeit larger) of individuals getting errors and kicked out when they perform the print clinical summary.
The question I'm asking in a long about way is what do we need to do next to troubleshoot these issues in addition to contacting our Vendor.
So far we have cleared cookies, and set browser to delete coolies at browser close.
Ran regbin.cmd from c:\program files (x86)\centricity pra....\....
Ran a patch to increase CPS's error threshold
Ensured browser is on IE9
Remove all hibernation and energy efficient modes from the network adapter.
Why are some pc's more affected by others? Network Traffic? Windows issues? Haunted facilities?
We are using 12.07 cps sql environment with 2-300 users total.
There is not much you can do. This is the plague that many other sites are experiencing including my site as well. I can tell you that Service Pack 8 Patch 2 does address the EditField=OnMouse error and the CWinFrame (or something like that) error.
I have had SP 8 (not with Patch 2) running in my training environment and there has not been much issues but the load is not as high as production either.
Check compatability mode of the browser. Also verify that your server is in local intranet zone in IE.
Compare advanced setting of IE browser on both working and not working PCs.
