Our phone nurse was in a patients chart and faxed lab orders to an outside lab, then went into another chart and faxed a prescription to a pharmacy. Somehow the lab orders were faxed to the pharmacy. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

We are on CPS 12.3.3 and use RightFax.
