Since the installation of the February 2021 KB Update we have had an significant spike in users reporting slowness. It was initially around 6am +/- an hour, but over the past several days has become noticeable throughout the day. Has anyone else experience this? I have opened a ticket with Athena but am yet to hear back.

I bet that is what is slowing us down as well. I didn't bother with the KB update this month since we had an upgrade to V20 classic scheduled and I knew it would need to be reapplied anyway. Immediately after the upgrade I had users complain about performance multiple times. One time I was able to check everything and did not see anything out of the ordinary on the servers, CPU/Memory/over-subscription but THIS definitely explains it.
It seems like it isn't as bad as it was but I still don't think it is back to v12.3.3 performance levels.

Has your situation improved? Did you apply the March KB yet?
I usually sit on them for a week so I will I will be doing my March KB this weekend.
