Ron, thank you for the correction. I was talking to my bar about this and I believe They said it was supposed to be fixed in one of the service packs but they must've been talking about SP 11 or 12 . Is everyone being given SPR61599 by GE is the SPR? I'd be happy to talk to GE and see where slated to be fixed for you guys.
We are on SP10 and it happens a lot to our providers. Very frustrating any news on when this is being corrected?
Hello all, I'm still waiting to get an updated ETA from GE on when it will be fixed.
We are currently using CPS 12.0.10.2061 in a Citrix environment. We have identified why this happens and have temporarily solved this issue, with a workflow process, in our practice.
The Cause:
When making changes in a note, opened full screen, if a change that is made in the note updates anything in the chart summary, open full screen behind the note, you will get a shrinkage due to loss of focus on the note. The note change changes the chart summary and creates the focus on the chart summary instead of the note shrinking it.
The solution(until patched properly):
After opening a note minimize the note and minimize all windows, including Citrix window and JBoss, to the taskbar. Maximize your note and the shrinkage should not return for the duration of your update.

We took a recording of this today. The screen refreshes at exactly every 60 seconds while the Dr. is dictating. We are working to send this to our VAR. I'm thinking I saw somewhere this is related to the refresh rate on Centricity. I'm curious if there has been any remedy to this to mitigate the annoyance as we have some fairly angry physicians. We are on CPS 12 sp 11.
